Confirm Your Booking
Once you’ve made your choice, the following steps will finalize your reservation:
We’ll send you a lease agreement outlining our rates and terms. Signing this agreement ensures legal protection for both you and the homeowner.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment can be made via EFT or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and most major cards accepted; Diners Club and American Express are excluded).
A refundable breakage deposit will be pre-authorized on your card one week before your arrival. The amount varies depending on the property.
Arrival and Check-In
Upon arrival, we will meet you to provide a tour of the property and address any questions you may have. We’ll be available throughout your stay for assistance.
Check-Out
At the end of your stay, your host will meet you at the property to facilitate a smooth check-out process.
